Keystone Electronics, a global manufacturer of electronic interconnect components, has expanded its selection of electronic hardware and screws to include a new series of metric and imperial threaded Titanium socket-head cap screws.
This new line of products is manufactured from C-276, Grade 2 Titanium, fully meeting DIN912 specifications. The fasteners are ideal for use in corrosive environments involving seawater, acids or chemicals, petroleum, biomedical, as well as power-generation operations.
These titanium screws offer a high strength-to-weight ratio and are about 40% lighter than steel screws. Designed with a knurled head that features a hexagonal drive socket, they’re available in metric (M3, M4, M5, M6) and imperial (2-56, 4-40, 6-32, 8- 32, 10-32, ¼-20) threads and in a variety of lengths. Other grades and thread styles are available upon request.
Keystone’s capabilities also include stamping, machining, assembly, CNC, and injection molding services. Application and engineering team assistance is available for product modifications and special designs. ISO-9001:2015 certified and RoHS compliant, the company headquarters are in the U.S., with offices in Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia.
