OP was founded more than thirty years ago with the aim of producing equipment for processing hydraulic hoses for hydraulic systems. OP’s growth is the result of two main factors, i.e. global expansion of the sales network as well as the considerable investments in high technology production and the R&D department – enabling OP to create high quality equipment that exceeds all the rigid and flexible hoses manufacturing requirements.

OP produce a complete range of crimping machines, cutting machines, skiving machines, fitting assembly machines, markers, test and cleaning benches, and complementary accessories. For the rigid tube, OP also produce pre-assembly and 37° and 90° flaring machines, deburring machines, tube benders, as well as complete multifunctional units. All OP equipment is CE Certified and manufactured in compliance with the highest quality standards.

In addition, OP have developed a hose retaining system, patented at international levels and referred to by the name Stopflex. This had been designed to arrest the trajectory of the flexible hose, thus avoiding that the energy contained inside may trigger a frightening ‘whip effect.’
